Jingle Holiday Card Workshop

It's that time of year again!!  Time to stress yourself out about everything to do with the holidays.  Well, here's ONE way to reduce that holiday stress:  Come to my Holiday Card Workshop on October 17th and make your own cards!!  Yes, it really is LESS stress, not more, because I do all the "work" and leave you the "play".  I will cut all the paper needed for the workshop, label it for you, and when you come over, all you have to do is play with stamps, ink, and glue!  Faster, Simpler, Easier is Close to My Heart's foundation, and I promise this workshop will be stress free!  This kit can also be ordered outside of the workshop for the same price, and shipping is only $5 unless you're local and can pick it up!

The kit includes:
**25 card bases and envelopes
**Pre-cut Jingle paper to make 25 cards
**Tulip and Juniper ink pads
**Sponge
**December Word Puzzle stamp set (cards were created with this stamp set and are cut to fit the stamp sizes)
Create 25 cards for $50, ink pads, sponge, and stamp set are YOURS to keep with this workshop!

There are TWO classes to choose from: 1-4 pm or 7 to 10 pm. Ten seats are available at each session, and classes are going to be held at my house in Tuckerton.

Happy Mail!!!

Yesterday I got a package in the mail from Tina S, with an adorable card inside, as well as a Brighton key chain!  I was so excited!  Tina is the Senior Executive Director of the Scattered Hearts, and I am a wee little part of her huge team.  I got to work with Tina at the NJ Scrapbooking Expo at the end of August, and the card was about that.  I learned so much about expos and my business in general that weekend and I'm so glad that I got to participate in the event.  Thank you Tina!  And I will sit next to you in Directors' Row in DC!! WHOOO HOOOOO!!!!

Scrapbooker For Hire!

This is my first ever commissioned scrapbook!  My friend Ray asked me to make a ten page wedding album for a family member who is getting married this coming weekend.  I use Close to My Heart's Silhouette paper pack and all sorts of techniques.  I am not a huge heat embosser, but it looked really cool and I did that several times.  I also used liquid glass, brads, My Stickease, ink distressing, foam tape, dry embossing, and probably more but I can't remember!

If you are in need of a scrapbook, for a present or for yourself, please contact me at jennifercox@myctmh.com, or 609-713-2395.  I have lots of options and prices vary with what you want.  I can do things from a 6x6 accordion album up to a full 20-page 12x12 album.  I'm very excited to start this new little side business!  I already have two more wedding albums lined up, so if you are thinking about it, especially as the holidays are coming and you may want a handmade gift, please don't wait until the last minute!
